370 Lakeside Park is a 300-acre park with a 140-acre lake for fishing and boating (no gas engines), 5+ miles of walking trails, and an RV park. The park also has picnic areas, park pavilions, sand volleyball, an archery range and a members-only dog park.

His favorite herbs include rosemary, chives, cilantro, and dill, and shares his secret to easy cooking, which is buying herbs!
Gerstein uses spices and herbs to add flavor and to garnish the dish.
