Almost-Everything Trail Mix

This trail mix is a healthy blend of nuts and dried fruits, perfect for snacking anytime and anywhere!

INGREDIENTS

  • 3/4 cup unsalted peanuts (raw or roasted)
  • 3/4 cup unsalted almonds (raw or roasted)
  • 1/3 cup unsalted pepitas (raw or roasted)
  • 1/2 cup banana chips (pref. unsweetened)
  • 1/2 cup chopped papaya (pref. unsulfured & unsweetened)
  • 1/2 cup regular or crimson raisins (I used a combo)
  • 1/4 – 1/2 cup toasted coconut flakes*
  • 1/4 – 1/2 cup semi-sweet or dark chocolate chips**

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Place all the ingredients in a small to medium sized bowl and toss together.
  2. Store leftovers in an airtight container.

Makes about 3 1/2 – 4 cups | Serves 14 – 16. Serving size 1/4 cup.
