Sangria Fruit Salad

This colorful dessert is perfect for summer gatherings. Serve chilled for a vibrant treat.

Yield: 6-8 servings

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup orange juice (from squeezing the membranes)
  • 1/4 cup rose wine
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 cup red grapes
  • 1 cup raspberries
  • 1 cup quartered strawberries, tops removed
  • 2 oranges, segmented
  • 1 pink grapefruit, segmented
  • 2 tablespoons julienned mint

 

Directions

  1. Whisk together the orange juice, rose wine and honey in a small bowl until combined.
  2. Add the grapes, raspberries, strawberries, orange segments and grapefruit segments to a large bowl and pour the rose wine mixture over top. Stir together gently, and then allow to sit in the fridge for 30 minutes.
  3. Garnish with the mint right before serving.
