Ingredients:
- 2 lbs pork belly, skin scored
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp ginger, grated
- Salt to taste
Instructions:
- Prepare the Marinade: In a bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, apple cider vinegar, garlic, black pepper, smoked paprika, ginger, and salt.
- Marinate the Pork Belly: Place the pork belly in a dish and pour the marinade over it. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight.
- Preheat the Grill: Heat your grill to medium-high.
- Grill the Pork Belly: Place the marinated pork belly on the grill, skin side up. Grill for about 30 minutes, then flip and grill for another 30 minutes, basting with leftover marinade.
- Slice and Serve: Once cooked through and crispy, remove from the grill. Let it rest for a few minutes before slicing into bite-sized pieces.
