Ingredients:
- 2 lbs Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
Instructions:
- Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Prepare Brussels Sprouts: In a large bowl, toss the Brussels sprouts with olive oil, garlic, thyme, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
- Roast: Spread the Brussels sprouts in a single layer on a baking sheet. Roast for about 25 minutes or until they are tender and the edges are crispy and golden brown.
- Optional Cheese: If using Parmesan, sprinkle it over the Brussels sprouts during the last 5 minutes of roasting.
- Serve: Transfer to a serving dish and serve warm.
