This is a quick easy way to make macaroni and cheese. Be creative try different cheeses and other ingredients that making this recipe an entrée instead of a side dish. I recommend the following list of ingredients: shrimp, chicken, chorizo, bacon, artichoke hearts, spinach, broccoli, peppers, tomatoes, black, olives, provolone, mozzarella, Parmesan, sharp cheddar, fresh basil and garlic. 8 ounces elbow macaroni noodle
2 tablespoons butter
¼ cup flour
2 cups milk
1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
8 ounce cubed process cheese food
Salt and pepper to taste
1 teaspoon granulated garlic
1 cup seasoned bread crumbs (optional)

Directions
1. Cook macaroni until al dente, drain and rinse.
2. In a medium sauce pan over medium heat melt butter. Whisk in flour and keep stirring. Add milk and cook until thick and bubbly about 5 minutes. Add cheese and stir until melted.
3. In a large bowl mix together pasta and cheese sauce.
4. Pour into a greased 2 quart casserole dish top with bread crumbs. Bake 30 to 40 minutes at 350.
