Ingredients:
- 1 lb chicken breast, cubed
- Juice of 2 oranges
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Skewers (soaked in water if wooden)
Instructions:
- In a bowl, mix citrus juices, garlic, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Add chicken to the marinade and let sit for at least 1 hour.
- Thread chicken onto skewers.
- Preheat grill to medium-high. Grill skewers for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until cooked through.
