Citrus-Marinated Grilled Chicken Skewers

Prep Time: 1 hour (including marinating)
Cook Time: 12 minutes
Servings: 4

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb chicken breast, cubed
  • Juice of 2 oranges
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Skewers (soaked in water if wooden)

Instructions:

  1. In a bowl, mix citrus juices, garlic, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
  2. Add chicken to the marinade and let sit for at least 1 hour.
  3. Thread chicken onto skewers.
  4. Preheat grill to medium-high. Grill skewers for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until cooked through.
