Delicious Taco Soup

Cook Time: 30 minutes
Servings: 4

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 can (15 oz) black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 can (15 oz) corn, drained
  • 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes with green chilies
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 4 cups beef broth
  • 1 cup salsa
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional toppings: shredded cheese, sour cream, tortilla chips

Instructions:

  1. In a large pot, brown the ground beef over medium heat until fully cooked. Drain excess fat.
  2. Add black beans, corn, diced tomatoes, taco seasoning, beef broth, and salsa to the pot.
  3. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Serve hot with desired toppings.
