Steak and Egg Breakfast Tacos

Serving Size: 6 tacos
Ingredients:
1/2 lb flank steak
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
4 eggs
2 tablespoons milk
1 tablespoon butter
6 small flour or corn tortillas
1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cup pico de gallo
Fresh cilantro (optional)
Instructions:
Season steak with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high; sear steak 3–4 minutes per side.
Let rest, then slice thinly.
Whisk eggs with milk; scramble in buttered pan until soft and fluffy.
Warm tortillas and fill with eggs, steak, cheese, and pico de gallo.
Top with cilantro and serve hot.
