Super Smoothie Trio

These smoothies are deceivingly delicious! They are also super healthy and fast & easy to make in the morning.

Strawberry-Pineapple Smoothie Ingredients
1 cup frozen strawberries
¾ cup milk
¾ cup pineapple juice
½ cup vanilla yogurt
2 tablespoon sugar
6 ice cubs

Nectarine Sunrise Smoothie Ingredients

2 large nectarines, pitted and quartered
1 banana cut into pieces
1 large orange quartered
1 cup vanilla yogurt
1 cup orange juice
1 tablespoon honey

Peanut Butter and Banana Smoothie Ingredients

1 banana cut
1/8 cup peanut butter
½ cup milk
2 tablespoons honey (optional)

Directions

For all smoothies: Mix ice cubes, fruit, yogurt and half of liquids in blender. Slowly add remaining ingredients until smooth. Each recipe makes 1 smoothie.
