Turkey and Veggie Wraps

Servings: 2 wraps

Ingredients:

  • Whole wheat tortillas
  • Sliced turkey breast
  • Cream cheese or hummus
  • Sliced avocado
  • Sliced cucumbers
  • Shredded carrots
  • Baby spinach or mixed greens

Instructions:

  1. Spread the Base: Lay out a tortilla and spread a thin layer of cream cheese or hummus over it.
  2. Layer Ingredients: Place slices of turkey breast evenly on the tortilla. Add avocado, cucumber, shredded carrots, and a handful of spinach or mixed greens.
  3. Wrap It Up: Roll the tortilla tightly, folding in the sides as you go to keep everything together.
  4. Slice and Pack: Slice the wrap into bite-sized pieces if desired and pack in a lunchbox. You can also include a side of fresh fruit or a handful of nuts.
