Sweet, savory and crunchy salsa with tortilla chips is a refreshing alternative to a tomato salsa.
8 cups cubed seeded watermelon
1 bunch fresh cilantro chopped
½ large white onion chopped
2 large jalapeno peppers stemmed, seeded and minced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup white wine vinegar
1 teaspoon salt
Stir the watermelon, cilantro, onion, jalapeno peppers, garlic, vinegar and salt together in a bowl until evenly mixed. Cover and refrigerate overnight for best flavor.
