This fresh relish mixes all your favorites into one monster condiment. Ketchup, onions, pickles, jalapenos and bacon.
Directions:
Cook 4 or more slices bacon in a skillet over medium heat, turning until crisp, then crumble. Combine 1 cup ketchup, ½ finely chopped onion, ½ cup pickle relish and ¼ cup chopped pickled jalapenos (well drained) in a bowl. Stir in the bacon and serve.
