Ingredients:
1 Tbsp onion powder
1 Tbsp packed brown sugar
1 Tbsp crushed dried thyme
1 ½ tsp ground allspice
1 tsp salt
1 tsp cracked black pepper
½ tsp ground nutmeg
½ tsp ground cinnamon
½ tsp ground cloves
¼ tsp cayenne pepper
Directions:
Stir all ingredients together in a bowl. Apply rub at least 15 minutes before grilling sprinkling over the meat, using your fingers to rub the spice mixture all over until all sides are thoroughly coated.
