1 ½ cups sugar
2 tablespoons butter
3 cups salted cashews.
Step1: Cook sugar in a saucepan over medium heat, swirling the pan but not stirring, until dark amber about 10 minutes.
Step 2: Remove from the heat and stir in butter and cashews.
Step 3: Pour onto an oiled baking sheet and separate into small clusters with 2 forks let harden. Place in clear plastic bags and tie with a bow.
