Cheesy Pull-Apart Garlic Bread

Prep Time: 10 minutes
Cook Time: 20 minutes
Serving Size: 6–8 servings

Ingredients:

  • 1 round loaf of sourdough or Italian bread
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp chopped parsley
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

 

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Slice bread crosswise and lengthwise without cutting all the way through, creating a grid.
  3. Mix melted butter, garlic, and parsley in a bowl.
  4. Stuff shredded mozzarella into the cuts of the bread.
  5. Drizzle butter mixture evenly over bread, then top with Parmesan.
  6. Wrap loosely in foil and bake for 15 minutes.
  7. Uncover and bake for 5 more minutes until golden and melty.

 

Pro tip: Serve hot and let guests pull it apart at the table—no knives needed!
