Cheesy Pull-Apart Garlic Bread

Ingredients:
- 1 round loaf of sourdough or Italian bread
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp chopped parsley
- 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Slice bread crosswise and lengthwise without cutting all the way through, creating a grid.
- Mix melted butter, garlic, and parsley in a bowl.
- Stuff shredded mozzarella into the cuts of the bread.
- Drizzle butter mixture evenly over bread, then top with Parmesan.
- Wrap loosely in foil and bake for 15 minutes.
- Uncover and bake for 5 more minutes until golden and melty.
