Crispy Air Fryer Zucchini Fries

Prep Time: 20 minutes
Cook Time: 10 minutes
Serving Size: 4-6 Fries

Ingredients:

  • 2 medium zucchinis, cut into fry-sized sticks
  • 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • Cooking spray

 

Instructions:

  1. Mix panko, Parmesan, and seasoning in a shallow bowl.
  2. Dip zucchini sticks in egg, then breadcrumb mixture.
  3. Arrange in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  4. Spray lightly with cooking spray.
  5. Air fry at 400°F for 8–10 minutes, turning once.

 

Serve with: Marinara or ranch dip for a crunchy, guilt-free snack or side.
