Air Fryer Salmon with Honey Dijon Glaze

Ingredients:
- 2 salmon fillets
- Salt & pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- Lemon wedges, for serving
Instructions:
- Preheat air fryer to 390°F.
- Mix Dijon, honey, olive oil, and garlic powder in a small bowl.
- Season salmon with salt and pepper, then brush glaze over the top.
- Place in air fryer skin-side down and cook for 7–9 minutes, depending on thickness.
Pair with: Air-fried asparagus or a light summer salad.
