Air Fryer Salmon with Honey Dijon Glaze

Prep Time: 15 minutes
Cook Time: 10 minutes
Serving Size: 1 fillet

Ingredients:

  • 2 salmon fillets
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • Lemon wedges, for serving

 

Instructions:

  1. Preheat air fryer to 390°F.
  2. Mix Dijon, honey, olive oil, and garlic powder in a small bowl.
  3. Season salmon with salt and pepper, then brush glaze over the top.
  4. Place in air fryer skin-side down and cook for 7–9 minutes, depending on thickness.

 

Pair with: Air-fried asparagus or a light summer salad.
