Easy Pecan Pie

Autumn is upon us bringing the beautiful colors of a Midwest fall and the smell of fresh baked pie. This pecan pie is simple and delicious and is perfect warmed up for these chilly nights. – Bon Appetit! Larry G.

Ingredients 1/2 cup brown sugar 1 cup corn syrup ¼ cup white sugar ½ cup butter 2 eggs 1 tablespoon all purpose flour 1 tablespoon milk 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 1 3/4 cup chopped pecans

Directions Pre heat oven to 350 degrees In a large bowl, beat eggs then add melted butter, brown sugar, white sugar, corn syrup, and flour, mix well. Next add milk, vanilla extract and nuts. Pour into an unbaked 9 inch pie shell and bake for 30 to 40 minutes. Serve warm with vanilla ice cream for the perfect fall treat!
