Extreme Nachos

Ingredients 1 pound ground beef 1 (1.25 ounce) taco seasoning mix ¾ cup water 18 ounce package tortilla chips 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese 1 can re-fried beans 1 cup salsas 1 cup sour cream 10 ounce can sliced pitted olives well drained 4 green onions, diced 4 ounces sliced jalapeño peppers well drained
Nacho Cheese: 1 cup milk 2 tablespoons butter 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour 7 slices processed American cheese or sharp cheddar
 
Directions Combine meat, water and taco seasoning cook in skillet over medium heat until cook, drain any excess juices from meat. Pre heat broiler in oven setting the rack 6 to 8 inches from heat. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil Spread tortilla chips on baking sheet, top with cheddar cheese and dot with re-fried beans and beef mixture. Place tray in oven and watch for cheese to melt. Remove from oven slide on serving platter and top with salsa, black olives, green onions, jalapeno peppers and sour cream.
For the Nacho Cheese: In a sauce pan over medium heat, melt butter and stir in flour. Pour in the milk and stir until it thickens. Mix in cheese and keep stirring until cheese is melted and well blended.
