Best grilled cheese ever!
Directions
Split a 6-inch piece of baguette; sandwich with shredded Gruyère and chopped thyme. Preheat a nonstock skillet over medium-low heat; lightly brush with olive oil. Add the sandwich and top with a heavy skillet. Cook until golden brown and the cheese melts, 3 to 4 minutes per side.
