Ingredients
8 oz whole wheat penne pasta
3 cups fresh broccoli florets
1 pound chicken breast, 1” pieces
1 teaspoon adobe seasoning
2 tablespoons Olive oil
1 clove minced garlic
1/4 cup light mayonnaise
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
2 tablespoons shaved Parmesan cheese

Directions
1. Cook pasta and rinse well
2. In a large skillet over medium heat add oil and garlic. Once hot combine chicken, pepper and adobe seasoning
3. When chicken is cooked thoroughly, add in pasta and broccoli
4. Stir in mayonnaise and cook over low heat while stirring until heated
5. Top with Parmesan cheese and serve
