Ingredients:

  • 6–8 slices turkey or ham
  • 1/2 cup sliced salami
  • 1 cup sliced cheese (cheddar, Swiss, or provolone)
  • 1 cup mixed greens
  • 1/2 cup pickles or olives
  • Mini sandwich rolls or baguette slices
  • Mustard or aioli for serving

Instructions:

  1. Fold or roll deli meats and place on the board.
  2. Arrange sliced cheeses next to the meats.
  3. Add greens, pickles, and olives in small sections.
  4. Place bread and spreads around the board.
  5. Serve as a build-your-own sandwich spread.
