Loaded Breakfast Casserole

Packed with eggs, sausage, cheese, and hash browns, this hearty casserole is perfect for feeding the whole family while Dad enjoys a relaxing morning.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb breakfast sausage
  • 1 bag (30 oz) frozen hash browns, thawed
  • 8 eggs
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Cook sausage in a skillet until browned; drain excess grease.
  3. Spread hash browns evenly in a greased 9×13 baking dish.
  4. Top with cooked sausage and shredded cheese.
  5. In a bowl, whisk eggs, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  6. Pour egg mixture over the casserole.
  7. Bake for 40–45 minutes or until eggs are fully set.
  8. Let stand for 5 minutes before serving.
