Fluffy Buttermilk Pancakes

Nothing beats a stack of warm, fluffy pancakes topped with butter and maple syrup. This classic breakfast favorite is a Father’s Day morning must-have.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 cups buttermilk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • Maple syrup and fresh berries for serving

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk buttermilk, eggs, and melted butter.
  3. Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
  4. Heat a lightly greased griddle or skillet over medium heat.
  5. Pour 1/4 cup batter for each pancake and cook until bubbles form on the surface.
  6. Flip and cook until golden brown.
  7. Serve warm with maple syrup and fresh berries.
