Ingredients:
2 Tbsp coarse-grain brown mustard
1 Tbsp cracked black pepper
1 Tbsp snipped fresh tarragon
1 Tbsp olive oil
1 tsp coarse salt
Directions:
Stir all ingredients together in a bowl. Apply rub at least 15 minutes before grilling sprinkling over the meat, using your fingers to rub the spice mixture all over until all sides are thoroughly coated.
