Raisin-Walnut Grilled Cheese

Move over plain old grilled cheese, make room for this salty and sweet treat.

Directions

Combine equal parts softened cream cheese and goat cheese with chopped walnuts and a splash of maple syrup. Sandwich 2 tablespoons of the cheese mixture between 2 slices of cinnamon-raisin bread. Melt 1 tablespoon of butter in a nonstick skillet over medium-low heat. Add the sandwich and cook until golden brown and the cheese melts, 2 to 3 minutes per side, adding more butter when you flip if needed.
