Touchdown Guacamole

Serving Size: 4–6 servings

Ingredients:

  • 3 ripe avocados
  • 1/2 small red onion, finely diced
  • 1 Roma tomato, diced
  • 1 small garlic clove, minced
  • 1–2 tbsp fresh lime juice (to taste)
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro
  • Salt to taste
  • Optional: diced jalapeño, dash of cumin

 

Instructions:

  1. Cut avocados in half, remove the pits, and scoop into a mixing bowl.
  2. Mash to your desired consistency—chunky or smooth.
  3. Stir in red onion, tomato, garlic, lime juice, and cilantro.
  4. Season with salt to taste, and mix in optional jalapeño or cumin if desired.
  5. Serve with chips or alongside your favorite game day foods.

 

Pro tip: Cover tightly with plastic wrap pressed directly onto the surface to prevent browning.
