Garlic Butter Steak Bites

Prep Time: 10 minutes
Cook Time: 10 minutes
Serving Size: 2–3 servings

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb sirloin or ribeye steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp fresh rosemary or thyme, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

 

Instructions:

  1. Pat steak pieces dry and season generously with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Add steak in a single layer and sear for 2–3 minutes per side until browned.
  4. Reduce heat to medium and add butter, garlic, and herbs.
  5. Spoon garlic butter over the steak and cook for 1–2 more minutes.
  6. Remove from heat and serve immediately.

 

Pro tip: Serve with roasted potatoes or a simple salad to round out the meal.
