Irish Pub Sliders

Prep Time: 15 minutes
Cook Time: 15 minutes
Serving Size: 6 sliders

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 6 slider buns
  • 6 slices Irish cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup caramelized onions
  • Butter for toasting buns

 

Instructions:

  1. Mix ground beef with Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper.
  2. Form into small slider patties.
  3. Cook patties in a skillet over medium-high heat for 3–4 minutes per side.
  4. Add Irish cheddar during the last minute so it melts.
  5. Toast slider buns with butter.
  6. Assemble sliders with patties and caramelized onions.

 

Pro tip: Add a spoonful of stout mustard or Guinness BBQ sauce for extra pub flavor.
