Raspberry Lemonade Ice Pops

Sweet raspberries and tart lemonade combine for a refreshing frozen treat that’s as colorful as it is delicious.

Prep Time: 10 minutes
Freeze Time: 6 hours
Serving Size: 6 ice pops

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups fresh raspberries
  • 1 cup prepared lemonade
  • 2 tbsp honey (optional)
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • Fresh mint leaves (optional)

 

Instructions:

  1. Blend raspberries, lemonade, honey, and lemon juice until smooth.
  2. Strain through a fine mesh sieve if you prefer seedless pops.
  3. Pour mixture into popsicle molds.
  4. Add a few mint leaves if desired.
  5. Insert sticks and freeze for at least 6 hours or overnight.

 

Pro tip: Run the molds under warm water for a few seconds to easily release the pops.
