Chocolate Peanut Butter Banana Ice Cream

Frozen bananas, rich cocoa, and creamy peanut butter blend into a naturally sweet dessert that’s ready in minutes.

Prep Time: 10 minutes
Freeze Time: 2 hours (optional)
Serving Size: 4 servings

Ingredients:

  • 4 ripe bananas, sliced and frozen
  • 1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2–3 tbsp milk of choice, if needed
  • Mini chocolate chips or chopped peanuts for topping (optional)

 

Instructions:

  1. Add frozen bananas, peanut butter, cocoa powder, and vanilla to a food processor.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy, adding milk one tablespoon at a time if needed.
  3. Serve immediately for a soft-serve consistency or freeze for 2 hours for a firmer texture.
  4. Top with chocolate chips, banana slices or chopped peanuts before serving.

 

Pro tip: Freeze peeled bananas in advance so you’re always ready to make this quick frozen dessert.
