Irish Honey Glazed Ham

Get your Irish on this St. Patty’s day with this classic Irish Honey Glazed Ham! Fried cabbage makes an excellent side dish!

Ingredients
5 pound ham (ready to eat)
1/4 cup dark corn syrup
1 cup brown sugar
1/3 cup pineapple juice
2/3 cup butter
1/8 teaspoon ground cloves
Directions
Combine all ingredients except for the ham in a sauté pan and warm on medium heat.
Brush warm glaze over ham in roasting pan and bake 1 hour. Continue basting every 10 minutes, then turn oven to broil for the last 5 minutes. Garnish ham with whole pineapple slices and serve.
